THE STANDARD ACHIEVING MANAGEMENT CATALOGUE OF CHINA ROHS 2.0 (THE FIRST BATCH) ISSUED

March 15, 2018, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People¡®s Republic of  China (MIIT) officially issued ¡°The Standard Achieving Management Catalogue for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products¡± and ¡°Exemption List for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances of the Standard Achieving Management Catalogue¡± ,the documents will  take effective implementation in one year after from the issued date.

Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products included  in " the Standard Achieving Management Catalogue " should meet the limit of hazardous Substances Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, PBB, PBDE,and will be managed according to the system of conformity assessment which will be issued in the future. The products in the  Exemption List can be exempted.

There are 39 articles in the ¡°Exemption List for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances of the Standard Achieving Management Catalogue¡± , Which include exemptions of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+.There are no exemption expire time except high pressure mercury (vapor) light.
